WHO: GRADES 7th-12th, Boys and Girls

WHEN: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:15-4:45 p.m.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable running attire, running shoes Water bottle, sweat towel

START DATE: Tuesday, September 8th

PRE-SEASON WORKOUTS:

Mon, Wed, Fri – 20-30 minute easy run. After your run, 30 pushups and 300 crunchers

Tuesday OR Thursday – 30-40 minute run as follows: 5 min. easy, 3 min. hard (do this 4 to 5 times)

*REMEMBER to stretch 5-10 minute BEFORE AND AFTER your run
