Veritas Christian Academy

The application process is as follows:

1. Complete and return the enrollment package.

• Veritas Application
• Reference Form
• Transcript and Records Request Form
• Medical Forms (we only require pages 1-3 for enrollment)

2. If your initial application is accepted we will contact you to schedule a placement test for your child and an interview with the Principal.

3. After the testing and interview have been completed we will contact you with our admissions decision.
