It is time to begin the re-enrollment process for the 2011-12 school year. Re-enrollment begins on January 10th and ends on January 14th. After this time, any remaining open seats will be filled, and classroom enrollment will be closed. These dates are very important, as they do effect scholarship and aid available for the 2011-12 school year. Please review this re-enrollment packet which contains the Re-enrollment form, Tuition and fee schedule, and Re-enrollment instructions.

1. Complete a Re-enrollment Form for each returning student.
2. Parent or court-appointed guardian must read and sign the Re-enrollment Contract, which is located on the back side of the Re-enrollment Form.
3. Submit the Re-enrollment Form(s)/Contract(s) and Registration fee, per student, to the school office by January 14, 2011.

FINANCIAL AID / SCHOLARSHIP ADDENDUM:

Due to budget constraints in the 2011-12 school year, Veritas will have a limited amount of financial aid and scholarship available, and we seek to serve as many families as possible with it, based on need. The deadline to be considered for scholarship/aid is Friday, January 14th. Re-registration forms and fees must be turned in by this date, as decisions will be made the following week as to amounts allotted. After this deadline, we will no longer be able to consider scholarship or aid to families re-enrolling, as we have set aside a certain amount for new enrollments only.

*Financial Aid Process: Families that have need of financial assistance may pick up a Financial Aid form in the school office. A completed form should be turned in along with application and registration fee. Additionally, all families seeking financial aid must also complete a FACTS Grant & Aid application. Only after this process has been followed, will the student be considered for any type of aid. Any family currently receiving any form of financial aid MUST, therefore, submit their re-enrollment application and fee by JANUARY 14, 2011, along with a new financial aid application and FACTS Grant & Aid application, in order to be considered for any aid or scholarship available. This date is crucial, as we will be enrolling many new families and need to make financial decisions regarding them. This is for financial planning purposes, and after this time, we would be unable to make aid available for re-enrollment.

FACTS Grant & Aid Submission: (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR) In addition to submitting the school financial aid form, all Veritas Families in need of financial assistance must apply for aid using our outside provider, FACTS Grant & Aid. Financial aid applications can be submitted to FACTS along with a $25 application fee paid to FACTS by going online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Financial aid is available to all Veritas students, Kindergarten through 12th grade. Returning families must apply for financial aid by January 14th, 2011, after which time the funds set aside by the school will be made available to new enrollment. Financial aid is limited this year, and those returning families who apply after this date will be reviewed based on what remaining funds are available for financial aid. Past receipt of aid does not guarantee assistance in the future.

Please note, if a family fails to submit the FACTS form, they will be ineligible for financial aid.

Re-enrollment: All tuition and fee payments must be current before enrolling for an upcoming year.

Veritas Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

The deadline for returning students to be considered for scholarship/aid is Friday, January 14th. Re-registration and financial aid forms along with reenrollment fees must be turned in by this date, as well as the FACTS application, as decisions will only be made by the Financial Committee once all material is turned in.
