Carpool/Dismissal Procedures |

Please review the following information, designed to help expedite the carpool/dismissal process while providing the highest level of safety during this time.
- You will be given a laminated number to use each time/day that you pick up your child/children during carpool.
- Place the number(s) in the windshield or side window for easy visibility.
- This number may ONLY be used to represent your family. Please make a duplicate number of any child (other than your own) that you need for pickup on any given day. Also, please notify the front office of any changes made regarding dismissal changes. (i.e. if your child will be riding home with someone else that day).
- Please DO NOT leave your car unattended when in the carpool line.
- Please reinforce with your riders the importance of following the carpool safety rule: Always walk on the side of the car closest to the building. Students should get in the car on the passenger side. For those parents who have younger children who require a car seat, please try to place their seats for easy access into the car.
- If you choose to pick up your child in the building, please show your number to the teacher. This provides security for all the children. Also, please avoid long conversation with any teacher during carpool time as it could cause confusion and delay in the process of dismissal for others. Thank you for this courtesy.
- Under no circumstances should anyone back up in the carpool line. Please wait patiently for all passengers in the car in front of you to be loaded.
- Please pull your car all the way around the line or to the next available space in line.
- DISMISSAL BEGINS PROMPTLY @ 3 p.m. Please plan to pick your child up on time.
