Veritas accepts applications to our International Student Program on a year-round basis. Per U.S. regulations, Veritas requires international students to provide English language proficiency test scores and accepts English Language Assessments from TOEFL Jr. or iTEP Slate. Additionally, official transcript evaluations from WES and proof of finances are required to be considered for enrollment.
Students interested in studying at VCA may be enrolled under a State Department approved agency as a J-1 exchange visitor student or directly enroll to Veritas as an F-1 student. Veritas is SEVIS approved and can issue I-20s to international students who are accepted for enrollment. Veritas is authorized under Federal law (8 CFR 213.4j) to enroll non-immigrant alien students.
The Activities Fee includes the sports participation fee, drama participation fee, Dickens Christmas Dance ticket, field trips, and the annual school retreat.
Participation in school fundraising events, sports uniforms, costumes for the drama production, and Chrysalis dance attire are not included and will be
expected to be paid by the participating student.
Transportation: VCA does not provide school transportation for daily pick up. Transportation will need to be organized by the student with their hosting
family.
The Student Management Fee includes finding the right hosting family for each student, running background checks on all members of the host family,
and holding monthly host family meetings to ensure implementation of school policies and standards. VCA will do bi-weekly checks to ensure a quality hosting program is in place.
Veritas has partnered with several different student exchange agencies, including Homeitech Inc., Greenheart, AHLI and Nacel Open Door, to handle the admissions and enrollment process. New students from China should apply and also contact Dr. Leon Xie of Homeitech Inc. Additional services and activities are provided by Homeitech Inc.
